Please email us at email@example.com and we will refund, reship or replace your item.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
If you believe your order is received damaged please take a picture (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper if satisfaction is needed.
