Shipping Policy

In The Buzz’s Shipping and Returns Policy

We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we aim to deliver orders in the time frame we specify, we cannot promise or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers to facilitate our customer deliveries. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 8-15 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 14-30 business days to carry out as well. Please note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition items.

Shipping times are estimates starting from the date your package has been shipped and is not guaranteed. We will not be able to refund orders or shipping cost for packages that miss the estimated delivery date.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, shipping delays, and recent demand, orders may take a bit longer to ship beyond the normal processing time.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please e-mail us at customerservice@inthebuzzz.com as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Returns and Refunds

Return Due To Change of Mind

In The Buzz will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 15 days of you receiving the item.
The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
